What else is there to say'
I've lived here since August and it's exactly what I expected - a college apartment. I know people who have lived in virtually every other "college" apartment complex in the Boro and the story is always same.
You can expect:
1. To be stuck with a crappy roommate if you don't already have one picked out.
2. Occasionally loud neighbors
3. Very slow internet. Expect decent speeds, i.e. what they advertise, only from about 3am-9am during the week. Weekends and the summer are good. But don't plan on doing any downloading because the office just installed a filter to block all torrent sites!
4. A pretty much worthless pool unless you want to hang out with a SEA of DRUNK frat guys who don't even live at the apartments!
5. Somewhat sketchy people in the parking lot late at night.
6. Flooded parking lots every time it rains.
7. Incompetent office run by college students.
Overall though, I cannot complain about my time here. The apartments are decent and inexpensive. The furniture they provide is fine. Maintenance has responded promptly to everything that needed fixing (which has only happened once or twice). Police regularly patrol the parking lot (although my roommates car was recently broken into!) The shuttle to campus is extremely convenient.
Bottom line is that the story is the same everywhere else you go. If you want to live around other college students, then you will just have to accept the good with the bad. Otherwise, live in a non college apartment or get a house!

Everything this person said is true except occasional noise and cheap rent. The noise is constant especially if you live by the pool or volleyball court and the rent is ridiculous. College grove get 350 for a 4 bed while campus crossings gets 411. They are extremely correct about the incompetent office staff and sketchy people in the parking lot. But I promise you that you will regret signing your lease.
