DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!!! I lived at Campus Crossings for a year and it was awful! Maintence was constantly coming into our apartment for no aparent reason, they were not very good at informing you of upcoming inspections either. We had a awful roomate who ate all our food and stole our stuff so we told the manager about it and she told us that she would call us and we would all sit down and have a meeting, well that never happened me and my other roomate went up and talked to the manager 3 times and she still never set up a meeting for us. Well i could go on and on about all the stuff they put us through. Anyway, before we moved out we spent an entire day cleaning the apartment, shampooing carpets(which was not cheap), mopping, cleaning the stove TWICE, cleaned all the appliances, i mean we cleaned that place good, my dad even came and spackled the tiny tacks holes in the wall. Well we did all of this because we knew they would charge us for anything they possibly could just like they did the whole year we lived there and even after all that cleaning they charged us over $80 because my former roomate left 2 plastic chairs on the patio (like they couldn't use them or throw them away), and because there were tack holes in my door from the previous renter! Again DO NOT stay here it may be cheaper per month but it is dangerous (someone also broke into our apart.) but after you add up all of the added on expenses and headahces it is definatly not worth it!
