I have lived at Campus Crossing for the last year, I am moving out in 3 weeks and couldn't be more excited. The apartments and way overpriced. $505/each for a 2 bedroom . . so they are getting $1,010.00 a month for a small 2 bedroom apartment. They do not prorate rent for the first month either..move in was August 20th. So for 10 days to live there, they got $1,010.00 from us. They allow $50/month for electricity, which is next to impossible to stay within that range. We are 2 guys so I know we don't use excessive electricity.

Parking - A total nightmare. There is never anywhere to park when school is in session. Just forget about it. You will have to park several building over.

Pool/Hot tub - Good luck ever actually getting to use this. It is overrun with black people 9/10 days of the summer. Not trying to be racist or anything, but that is fact. The pool is almost always trashed the next day, and good luck sleeping if your room is anywhere near the pool.

Noise is a big problem here. You will hear the person above you at all hours of the night, including what they are doing in the bedroom. The community is loud at all hours of the night, every night of the week.

The Ground are always well kept, and looks nice for the most park. The only thing I would complain about is the grounds crew likes to blow the dirt off the sidewalk onto your car. . Not sure what thats about.

Safety is an issue as well. 5 times since we have lived here there has been someone we do not know to knock on the door or jiggle the door handle late at night. My car has been rolled with toilet paper once, and seran wrapped once. There was a shooting one night at a party, and a big drug bust another night. Just be aware of your surroundings.

Maintenance will get the job done . . . on their own time. They will also show up without warning to spray for bugs, which is nice, but at least let us know you are coming.

The Staff is a bunch of snobby college kids that could care less about their job. They are useless. They can't answer your questions very well at all, and you have to make multiple trips to get the information you want. However, the one bright spot is the manager, Vince. He knows what he is doing and is very well with people. If the problem is in his hands he will take care of it, so if you have a problem, just go directly to him and skip the know-nothing staff.

Pets are not allowed but you will still see dogs all the time. . .
