I absolutely LOVE Cason Estates. When I was looking for an apartment in middle Tennessee, I used apartmentratings.com to narrow down my search. I looked for Cason Estates on here, but they weren't listed. I went to check them out anyways and I am sooooo glad I did! You want to live there the moment you enter the property. I wanted to share my experience with all of you searching for the perfect apartment using this website.
The staff at Cason is phenomenal! They are so sweet and eager to please. If I call with a work order, it is taken care of immediately. The apartments are BRAND new and very modern. I feel like I am at home here. Of course there are a few things that I am a little disappointed with, but that is part of living in an apartment home. Our neighbors are loud, but it is normal noise. They just have heavy feet! I have been in other apartments at Cason and you can't hear anything. I think we just had bad luck. They are very nice neighbors, though! I can't really think of anything else negative to say about Cason. It isn't their fault that our neighbors are noisy. They did try to take care of the problem and thankfully it has gotten better.
If you are looking for a luxury apartment and want to feel like you are well taken care of, definitely check out Cason Estates. You won't regret it. You will love it!
