Regardless of the comments which have littered several other posts, we spent a year at Cason, and found the staff to be helpful and friendly, which is very refreshing in apartment management. We were treated very well, and the staff went out of their way to help us out, even remembering my first name without the aid of any screen on their computer or resident file.
They are expensive, relative to most other apartments in the city, but the high ceilings, crown mouldings, and the overall size of the apartment were enough that I was willing to pay that amount for the service that I received.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking.

Littered!! You are really a KISS UP...Tired-Cow-BOY; Cason Eastates IS A NICE APARTMENT COMPLEX. But you can only speak from your experience, and what is expensive to you may be affordable to others . LET ME AND OTHERS SPEAK FROM our EXPERIENCES....and just because I have nothing niece to say about the staff does not mean my comments littered how others felt. I think your user name should be "KSonKissAss" |

Your comments in response to others have accused them of racism, and now you accuse me of kissing their butts? Perhaps my experiences were simply great there, and that my apartment was a very nice place. Further, relative expense has nothing to do with my income or yours. I simply compared the cost at Cason with those at other complexes in Murfreesboro, and they are more expensive. The bottom line is that your axe to grind taints your opinion, and your baseless accusations of racism towards others border on a terms of use violation and reinforce the idea that all experiences which are not plesant are laced with that vile practice. But to imply that you didn't receive a move-in discount simply because of your race is a cheapshot towards the staff and residents of that complex. The fact is that when we moved in, we didn't receive a discount or special either. I don't view that as racism, I view it as simple economics. Market demand sets the price and the willingness to market through discount. |

TyCowboy, you seem to spend a lot of time at this site critiquing others' comments. Don't you have a job or is this your job?
