One thing after another with this place

I have lived in many apartments and I have never received notes on my door, and calls to my cell phone, threats to evict us because of rollerskating on the property (which is forbidden). It's quite ridiculous and a first for me.
After being told our rent would go up about $20-40 dollars (by the property manager), we were surprised 2 weeks later to see a note on our door letting us know our rent was going up $100/month. That's pretty steep.
We decided to move and got a "PET TREATMENT" bill for $125, after leaving the apartment immaculate. I have never NOT been given back my deposit upon leaving an apartment, this is another first.
I have lived in peace in apartment after apartment, not this one.
