I moved here from Indiana in August '07 to attend MTSU. Cason Estates was BY FAR the best complex I toured, and believe me there are lots to choose from in Murfreesboro. My favorite feature is that I have my own private garage with private entrance. The grounds and parking lots are always kept beautifully, the pools and gym are a great bonus too. I feel safe in my new home and can't ask for anything more. Thanks to the friendly staff for welcoming me and making the transition from parents' house to my own home a smooth one. ;)

Friendly staff? Just wait until you have a problem to solve. The staff will happily take your rent money, and thats about it. My stay here had been torture, and I would like more than anything to make sure NOONE else has to suffer my fate. I guess this person just had a polar opposite experience from mine.....RENTERS BEWARE!
