My name is Maegan and I live at Cason Estates and unlike everyone else I am fine with saying my name on here. I love Cason Estates! I think the staff is very nice and they always go out of their way to get things done in my apartment for me. I read some of the other comments and was floored! I have not experience anything like what those people are saying. I have lived here for 6 months now, and I have not had a single problem. The only thing I dislike is Astro tv and from the looks of it, they are working on changing that, plus it is not the people in the office's fault. I can not believe people would say such mean things about where I live! I think everyone is so great, even my neighbors. The comments about the pets is crazy too! Don't complain about pet waiste if you do nothing to help. I do see some pet waiste from time to time but really what can the people in the office do about it. They can not stand outside and wait for people to mess up. Come on -grow up. I have lived in some bad apartments and I will have to say Cason is my favorite. I know that is just my opinion but I guess if people can post mean things then maybe I should post something nice to say, because it really is a great place to live.

Then, you basically say that the staff can't do anything about it. If the staff can't do anything about it, what are the residents supposed to do to help? How about after warnings are sent out, fees start getting applied? I mean, it's not like they can hide the evidence. The evidence is the crime. Sounds like a logical idea to me "MaeganS." By the way, my name's Tom, or is it Bob? Nice try with the whole not afraid to put "your name" on here. Really impressive.
