The buildings are literally falling apart at the seams. Half of the balconies are lopsided. The shutters and screens are falling off. It needs a good paint job. It is embarassing to live here. I didn't know there were so many "questionable" residents. I pay way too much for what I am getting. The staff are lazy and shiftless, and rarely try to be friendly. The models you are shown on the tour is not what you will get. What you will end up with is a run down hole with roaches that scatter when you turn the lights on. They will also try to not show you some parts of the complex because they are so bad. Anyway, my lease ends in a month, I should have listened to everyone when they told me not to live here. Oh well live and learn.
