Bad Complex, Bad Staff, Bad Service

This is not a good place to live. I would not recomend it to my worst enemy. The management here is very bad. The apartments are falling apart. You do NOT get what you pay for. And believe me, what you PAY FOR is TOO MUCH. I would emagine the projects in this town are equal if not better than Chelsea Place Apartments.
