ASIDE FROM....the apartments that are falling apart, the endless noise from neighbors, the nonexistant ammenities, the duck crap covered walking trail, the rude office staff, the overpriced rent, the gunshots at night, the cars being broken into, the overpriced utilities, the solicitors knocking on your door, the smelly carpets, the disgusting pool, the tanning bed that is as powerfull as, well, a tablelamp, the obnoxious looks you get from the staff when you ask them to do...their job, the crappy location, the -------- who stuff 15 people into a 1 bedroom per apartment, the laundry room whose machines work 2% of the time and cost way too much......THIS PLACE IS WORTH IT!
