I lived at Chelsea Place for one year a couple of years ago and I couldn't wait to get out of there. It was horrible! The management was rude and terribly unreliable and maintenance didn't fix things in timely manor. The heat in my apartment didn't work when I moved and I made many attempts to have it fixed and it still wasn't working when I moved out a year later. I also didn't feel safe living at Chelsea Place because people's cars were getting broken into. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the surrounding apartments. I was miserable when I lived at Chelsea Place and I am glad to be gone.
