I have recently moved out of Chelsea Place and had to move to Nashville for my job. I didn't have a problem like others on here have. I actually had a pleasant stay. Yeah there were some problems in my apartment but they were always fixed the next or same day! Joe was great! The office staff were polite, and now there is a new management team and they are fine as well. If you are needing a spacious apt with a good price come here. Now they aren't brand new but are kept up well.
