I recently moved into Chelsea Place and plan on staying here a while. I am a student and not only is it close to campus, but the lease terms work well with my schooling and the price is reasonable. I was able to get a two bedroom apt for what some of the other places wanted to charge me for a one bedroom. The area's not so bad and it looks pretty clean. I am pleased...
