Cheep - not the greatest

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Lived there for almost 2 = years. The buildings are old/needing an overhaul. The office staff was marginal at best. They gave the attitude that they would rather be anywhere but there. Never had a problem getting anything fixed..the longest wait was 2-3 days. Never had a problem with crime, but the neighborhood was not the best.

The best way to describe is: we never had anyone over while we lived there, not a place I wanted to show my friends.
