I'm a student, and Chelsea Place provides a nice and relatively quiet alternative to "College" style suites. The office staff is not friendly and unpleasant to deal with. Don't believe half of what they tell you when you tour the location. Maintenace however is great. They usually respond within a few hours for any request. The apartment itself is pretty nice. Newly remodeled with nice fixtures. I have a washer/dryer in the unit, and it was new when I moved in. Overall, for what you can find in Murfreesboro, this is the best buy. Trust me, I looked at every option. Don't get me wrong, It's not a bad place, just dont let the staff convince you this is the best place ever.
