my boyfriend and i moved in about a year ago and at first the place was nice( this was my first apartment. Then we had rusty water for about 4 months, we told the complex our first week and they sent someone up but couldnt find a problem with our newly renovated apartment. Then 4 months later we get a note on the door saying our water heater had been leaking into a downstairs apartment so we got a new water heater that worked for about a month and now I can take about a 5 minute shower before the water gets cold. Our toliet also broke and we had a leak in our celing for about a month before someone was sent to fix it. We live in the nicer side of the huge apartment complex( between the lake and the office) and i would feel extremely sorry for whomever has to live in the smaller apartments since ours was so horrible. Oh and when you are ready to move keep in mind that you have to give a 60 day notice as opposed to the 30 days that most apartments allow...
