Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived in Chelsea place after they remodeled a few of the apartments. It was newly painted, it had new appliances, carpet, and fixtures. Not too bad after they fixed it up. I guess I had a good building with good neighbors. No complaints there. The community is pretty depending on what building you are in, but the some of the areas are pretty ghetto. Don't live there if you care about the pool or the workout center, cause they suck. But if you need a decent size place with a good rent price. This place is OK.
