If you like to collect spiders, then I would suggest living here! Two weeks after we move in, my husband and I return from the movies and what do we find' 100's of tiny baby albino spiders crawling on the ceiling and everywhere!! Apparently they had just hatched from somewhere, but where' The vent shafts' We called the after hours office lady and told her our problem. It was of no big concern. We were told that the bug people would not be out to spray until weds..this was like friday nite.. we ended up fleeing our apartment and calling until we got them to agree to call the bug place to spray the next day. We told them to bomb the place if they had to, they would not. When we came back there was still spiders everywhere. Everyday we saw spiders, at least two. We even had one come down on his butt string while we were in bed talking, I screamed and it scrambled back up. It was a nightmare. We moved out mainly because of those creepy things. But one thing that was annoying was the construction yrs ago. They would start at like 7am until evening..WAM WAM..You'd wake up to some guy hanging outside your window hammering. The people they hired ended up cracking/damaging the walls inside apts from that. Ours was one of them. So they had to come in and tear out the drywall from both of our bedrooms. Even covered up, our stuff was covered in an inch of drywall dust, you walk on the floor barefoot and it was chaulky. Two weeks of construction in my apt. They wouldn't even clean the carpets or the mess. While the cheap labor they hired to fix this (same company that did construction outside)was inside my apt, they would invite random people inside through the open window they used to haul in supplies, then smoke in the bedrooms. I'm allergic to smoke! Regular maintence guys were ok and came by at a decent time to fix things, no complaint there. Just one dayit started to reek inside and was somewhat hazy. Ends up our air conditioner was 20yrs old and the wiring caught fire. Guy tells me if I had not been home to cut the air off once I smelled it, the air would have fed the fire and burned down the apartment. That was scary. Not as scary as when a drunk or whatever drove through someone's apartment..Yikes. As far as noise, always a fight in the parking lot at like 3am. My advice go elsewhere.. Staff at the office kinda sucky, only nice person there that would do their job was some older lady named Jean or something similar. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
