grounds are covered with dog poop. not really the apartment's fault, but they need to designate area;s for people to walk their dogs.
also very poor lighting at night in the parking lots.
they should hire a security guard for the safety of their female tenants.
my car was stolen right out of the parking lot.
my car has subsequently been broken into several times, even if left unlocked for as short of a time as 30 minutes.
not a safe neighborhood. (this is not the apartments fault, but they could provide better security and lighting).
the apartment itself is not worth the 600.00 a month rent.
the tub leaks, the dishwasher doesn't work, plug in's don't work, ect.
we had to spray for roaches ourselves the day after we moved in.
office staff is rude, too.
over all, don't live here unless your desperate, and ladies, do NOT walk outside alone at night!
