We have lived her for four years. My daughter's father and I actually have TWO apartments in this complex. I've never had issues with the property except for a tree falling within inches of my car after I had called twice about it hanging down so far you couldn't walk on the sidewalk.
The complex has just changed management (and landscapers THANK GOODNESS.) The gym equipment is great and the playground is well kept.
I have seen comments about the rent going up. We've been here all this time and ours hasn't gone up at all. Unless these people aren't signing a lease- I don't know why their rent is going up.
AND their is night security. His name is Walter and he lives on the property. I've only had to call him twice for noise but he's very very prompt and polite.
