I have really enjoyed living at chelsea place. It is peaceful and the staff is very prompt and helpful. My air conditioner froze up after a vacation and they were over to fix it within an hour of calling the maintenance office. I feel very safe there and feel that the rent is reasonable.

peaceful?! my neighbors wake me up at 2 am shouting profanities and obviously drunk.
our dishwasher doesn't work, the bathtub leaks, garbage disposal doesn't work, all for the bargain price of 595.00!!! sorry not buying into the bs of this being a great place to live. lol.

I'm not sure what the office would do about your neighbors, but I'm sure if you called the maintenance office they would come fix your dishwasher, garbage disposal, and tub. Have you called them to complain?
