Everyone keeps saying how much they hate it here, but I can't understand why. Everyone in the office is so helpful, and not in anyway bitchy. If you want to live in a community that isn't just for college kids, and that is worth the price you pay, Chelsea Place is for you. I am a sophomore at MTSU and I love it here so far. If you don't have a dirty house, bugs are NOT a problem, and if you are responsible you will have no problems here. I highly recommend it.

I didnt have a dirty house, I was only there for 3 days before I moved out. Since not all of my roommates didnt sign the lease, we got lucky and got out. I dont understand why you say "you'll have bugs if you have a dirty house". Thats stupid. From the moment I walked into the apt, I saw cockroaches, dead and alive. Also, there was mold and spiders. The management didn't believe me either and we had to do a walk-through so they could see the bugs. Don't pull that crap on people, and if you're going to make stupid comments like that, get the facts. They don't have great management or staff, nor are their apartments very clean. I tell you what, instead of lying, try doing something positive with your time.

ok, there is no reason to be so mean to this person. Obviously he/she didn't have the problems that you did. Neither did I. I think from the huge variation of responses about Chelsea place, it is safe to say that your experience really greatly depends on which building you live in.
