chelsea place is good!!! i don't know what everyone keeps talking about.. i have had no bugs... not too loud of noise.. its an apartment complex...everything can't always be a white picket fence! if people don't like it then quit complaining and get a job and buy a house.. nothing is perfect and i love chelsea place.. the people are awesome to me and my roommate..and always fix whatever problems we have...
