We've lived here for a year and cannot wait to leave. The pool near our apartment was closed most of the summer, if you wanted to swim in the other two they were cold and dirty. The tanning bed is outdated and filthy. The property is so littered with dog feces that you cannot walk on the grass. The playground was full of broken glass and cigarette butts, no place for kids to play. Tennis courts are filthy and an eyesore. Every time someone moved in our out of our building, we would get roaches. There are MUCH better values in Murfreesboro. Just shop around for your own good, and look at the percentage of people who would recommend this place. It's awful.

I am going to disagree with this person. I always see the grounds keepers on the property taking great care of this place. Also, the pool was open until Labor Day and but they kept the main pool open until is was to cool to swim. They have a lovely office staff and a terrific maintenance staff.

There has NEVER been a grounds keeper picking up dog feces. Only garbage. And the pool was closed for WEEKS during the summer while it was dark green, and even emptied more than once. I cannot imagine that you even live here!
