I have never considered moving anywhere. I have been at Chelsea Place for three years and have had zero problems. Maintenance wise, I have only had two problems in three years and both were fixed within the day. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. There is free tanning and a 24 hour newly renovated fitness room with really nice equipment. Everyone is very helpful and sweet in the office and will always do anything to help you. I have called before when I've thought I forgot to lock my door and they've checked it for me. Overall, Chelsea Place is by far the best place to live around here. The grounds are very well kept and there is a lake, pools, playground, and sand volleyball pit. The times I have played volleyball out there, neighbors come out and join up with the games and it is always a lot of fun.

hi2u office staff. gtfo. 129 reviews and about 80% of them are bad, then just a handful of reviews that are good and amazingly enough always have a perfect rating of 5.0. hmmm... it would be more believable that it wasn't officer staff if the ratings weren't ALWAYS completely perfect. most residents will always be unhappy with at least 1-2 things, so CP office staff Listen to your former residents and fixing the problems that they seem to be having (bugs, creepy maintenance men stealing women's underwear, clean up the dog poop all over the grounds, maintain the pools better, clean up the playgrounds.) and then you can boast of what a great place CP is to live. The repairs people are asking you to make are NOT expensive repairs! Make them! then your 5.0 reviews will be the truth and people will rent from you. it's not rocket science.

I don't know what problems you had at Chelsea but I've obviously been luckier here than you. I can assure you that I am not the office staff and I don't appreciate the suggestion to "gtfo".
