I have read numerous reviews about how cochroaches were a problem at Chelsea Place apartments. I lived there for about 6 months in 2006. We found a few in our apartment (which we always kept clean). But we were looking into moving back to Murfreesboro and thought we'd give them a fair chance and stop in. This was on May 29, 2009. After touring the 2 bedroom apartment I noticed a dead cockroach in the kitchen! I didn't need to see anything else! If they're model has cockroaches in it that's just not a good sign! You be the judge. I definitely didn't want to chance it. We didn't want any roommates with us. Also the office staff there were a little stuffy.
