I lived in Chelsea for 1 year and it was the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments are small with poor constuction and you hear every sound your neighbors make. The bug problem is terrible. If you like spiders, THIS is the place for you! The management and staff were very friendly when I went to look the aparments (they showed me a demo) but, once I moved in I found that they were actually quite rude and did not care to assist the tenants. I would not recommend Chelsea to anyone.

Why are you posting 3 years after moving out? We have an almost entirely new management team there now. Why don't you go by and visit and give them a chance? Unless...you are one those people who no longer works there because you did not believe in our Resident's First mentality and treating all residents fairly.
