This place was pretty bad, we had like 10 -------- living across the hall, Cockroaches everywhere(yes we keep a clean place) despite attempts to have pest control take care of it. Loud upstairs neighbors with kids running back and forth ALL DAY and the flooring insulation is paper thin. You will hear everytime your upstairs neighbor stands up , uses the bathroom, EVERY footstep!!! Im really not one to complain , Im a 26 Year old man that isnt the quietest but man think twice about chelsea place. Plus It was getting pretty ghetto when we moved out, loud bass in their cars, groups drinking 40's on thier porch yelling at every girl they walked or drove by ect. plus the staff was pretty lathargic to do anything!

Sorry, but this sounds like a digruntled former employee. I don't think there is merit in these complaints. Why would you post two years after moving out unless you are a former employee who used to live there? I suggest you drop that weight on your shoulders so you can go on to become the better person you can be and Enjoy Life! You have lots of good qualities-don't let negativity take those away.
