I lived here my first years of college,(99-01)so I was somewhat nieve as to what they were doing was illegal... Let me say that you do not want to live here(I see from the other posts things havent changed much)..The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional..I don't have the time to list everything but here are some main things that happened
1. They changed the locks on our apartment when we weren't home and with out notifaction.. If I would have come home after office hours, I would have been locked out.
2. They changed the locks on our apartment and left the handle off for a couple of hours

3. They tried to move in smoking roomates with me, though I have bad asthma

4. They tried to move in males in the apartment

5. They came into the apartment and my boyfriend was asleep in the bed..when my roomate wrote the bbb on them.. they included that in their report(I guess having a man in your bad is against the law :)

6. They would not move my roomate though she physically threatened me and my pregnant roomate..

7. They changed the mailbox keys with out informing.. list goes on and on..

oh, and they will try to charge like 1500$$ for carpet that is probably worth about 200$
