On estimate for a four bed four bath, which is what I live in, the rent is about $1600 collectively. There are so many things wrong with these apartments I cannot begin to describe them. But I will say this, we went without A/C for four days when it was 90 outside and have gone without hot water three times for a full weekend each time and all they did was get rude with me (because all there is working there is teenagers that in general don't give two shits about you or what is going on.) Also there was 3 floods in my apartment. The list goes on and on. I have lived here since May and it is now December and it was seriously the worst place I have ever lived. There is roaches everywhere!! PLEASE DONT MOVE THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT TOO!!!
