Living in Spring Break

Like most people in college spring break is blast, for a few days...but the best way I can describe this place is that it's like LIVING on spring break and all of those annoying, inconsiderate drunk people.
First of all your experience will greatly differ depending on who you get for a roomate. I lucked out and got a good one. I lived here for a year in college and it was definately an experience. If you require an full 8 hours of sleep a night, then don't move here. If your looking for a CHEAP place and don't want to move furniture this place is great, especially if your looking for a place that is close to campus and you like to pary.
The management is very rude and really don't care. The place is pretty much run by college students and very low-paid staff. I never had any maintenance issues with my apartment, so I was lucky...but I also lived there when they were newer (2000) 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
