First off, I was shown an awesome model of a 4 bedroom/4 bath apt. When my three roomies and I signed our leases (back in June 2002), we were promised freshly painted rooms, new carpet and a clean apartment. Well, when we moved in, the apartment was trashed, none of the rooms had been painted, the bathrooms were so disgusting, my mom had to bring some extra-strength cleaner to get the ring out of my bath tub and out of my roomie's bath tub. Our carpet has stains that won't go away...we get people to come clean it and the stains go away for a few days, then they are back. We had someone come in and look at our carpet and under the carpet pad, and he said that we had mold growing under it...we told management...what did they do...absolutely nothing. While everyone was getting new carpet this past summer (2003), we were somehow passed up. Then our air conditioner was broken for three months and for that three month period they charged us for excess electricity....how in the world could we have used that much electricity when we didn't even have an air conditioner running. A few months ago, they did an apartment inspection...a group of male employees came into an apartment occupied by all females and even though you could hear the shower running outside of the room, they decided to barge in...luckily it was my roomie's bf taking a shower and not her. We have had a major bug problem since I first moved in here, the first week, ants invaded my cabinets. Our upstairs neighbors throw things off the balcony, beer cans, posters, cigarette butts, and they even pee off the balcony. Also, the neighbors across the hall have been visited by the police on numerous occasions. I am tired of complaining, even though I have a lot more to say, but PLEASE, PLEASE, I BEG YOU, DO NOT STAY HERE, DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE MODEL!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT IMMENSELY!!!!
