i came to live at university courtyard in the fall of 2003. i was a freshman so i was so excited to get out on my own when i came there was a rude manager named tiffany i think she was a ----- to me and my roommate. shortly after i moved in i started to see new faces when i would go in to tan and i knew a couple of the community assistants who worked there. U.C. hired all new managers and maintenance that really care about their property and the people who live there. the maintenance has always completed my request in a timely manner and left me a notice if i wasn't home to let my know that the work was completed. i am staying at university courtyard next year because the apartments are so roomy and i enjoy the community that i live in. the staff is always nice and caring when i move in! come to university courtyard and join the fun that we have as a community!!!!
