Great for a small budget

University Courtyard has been my home for a year now and for the affordable price that my apartment is, I am overall satisfied. I have had a few problems, but no student housing is going to be perfectly maintenced. Afterall we are talking about student housing for people who are 18-25. The problems that i have encountered have been minor and have been taken care of in a timely fassion. This place is not the hell hole that people say that it is. I have a few neighbors that are unhappy, but that is because they never clean there apartment and they live in filth. Anywhere you go is going to be only what you make it k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
