If you read the negative reviews, that is pretty much how things fall in line here.
The Good: It is near campus. Traffic on Lascassas is not bad. It could use a turning lane. My individual building was relatively quiet. Very spacious.
The Bad: They will let damn near anyone live there. If you go in with friends already lined up, then it will be all good. If you're alone, be prepared for the worst. The things said about the office staff is pretty much how it is: College students that could give 2 craps less about your living experience. The manager could give maybe one crap less.
Parking is okay, just dimly lit. If I were a woman, I'd be paranoid. The apartments seemed realtively easy to break into. Most folks leave their doors open anyway. Your individual bedroom door can be easy 'jimmied'. I've seen this done by my roommates a few times. Glad I didn't have anything of value.
The "computers" were of awful quality and NEVER worked. Junk, Junk, Junk! Just go to the library, because the time spent booting, re-booting, loading, and re-loading web pages; you could've walked to the library and got your work done.
