I lived here during the 04-05 school year. We were told we would have Internet access in September, but did not get it until the Spring semester. Maintenance calls went unanswered, and when they did it usually took several trips to get it right. Our alarm system was never worked like it was supposed to. Now, even though my room was inspected when I moved out and everything was in order, I can't get my deposit back. The office reuses to return calls or answer correspondence.
