Steer clear unless...

You like being kept up 'til 3am or later by loud parties, enjoy being lied to, like garbage, don't value your property kept outside your apartment and generally disrespect yourself. Or if you are a first time away from home, think big parties are really cool, don't care about your property because you didn't pay for it, irresponsible freshman.

I think the description listed above is the only person who would enjoy it here. It has been a fiasco from the beginning. Everything from not having an apartment for me on my move in date, to harassment from office staff, to loud parties to all hours.

If you are a responsible adult who is attending MTSU to learn and take your studies seriously...I recommend you steer clear...this is not the place for you.

P.S. They are now calling it COLLEGE GROVE.
