I have lived at University Courtyard (now College Grove) for about five months now and am even happier with it now than I was when I moved in. The units are great, very roomy and in wonderful condition. The office staff is very helpful. The amenities are wonderful and plentiful. Best of all, the price is half the price of any other housing you'll find in Murfreesboro and you get about twice the space. The rent is actually going down this coming August as it did last August. I am very happy with where I live and as I said, wouldn't live anywhere else.

Give me a break! No one in their right mind would want to stay there after living in that hell hole. You obviously work there. Get your ass off the computer and fix something!
