well...i live here and i think its nothing more than mediocre. just a place for college students to get out of living in dorms-especially if they arent rich. yeah...the maintenance isnt the best, the people arent the best, but they do have good recreational things. free tanning, internet, the game room and workout room, and also the pool and jacuzzi. not high quality, but at least they try to make up for what they are lacking in maintenance. bottom line--its alright. but hey, im not rich...i cant afford college suites.
