They suck you in with the cheap price and from the outside AT A DISTANCE it looks like a halfway decent place, but as soon as you get a close look...you just CAN NOT look over the trash juice stained walk ways, the BAGS OF TRASH PILLED IN THE STORAGE CLOSETS, the unkept maintenance of air conditioning/heating problems, washer and dryer problems, sink draining problems, THEY DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN BEFORE WE MOVED IN!!!
This place is horrible, and the management is the WORST...they don't care about anything. The internet connection is HORRIBLE because all the apartments share ONE SERVER...oh, but the office has it's own sever...and you better believe that the officec air conditioning/heating works. They even went as far as upgrading everything in the office, but they've yet to do that for the entire building!

GOOD LUCK NOT GETTING mugged or robbed.

In a nutshell...this place is a LIVING HELL!!!

oh yeah totally forgot about that...they say they clean the apartments before you move in...they do clean them...some of them. if you renew your lease and move into a different apartment those are usally the dirty ones. Mainly they clean the carpents and spray lysol in the air...and that is cleaning.
