Okay so yes there was a shooting...about a year ago. And yes there might be a sex offender living in the complex...there might also be ---- and black people living here to...my point...everyone needs somewhere to live...you probably saw a sex offender last time you went out shopping. I will say the staff generally sucks. They don't seem to care that your apartment is falling apart or that you want out of your lease...and they amazingly have a waiting list for people to move in.

On an upside they are getting better about screening residents. Last year (2006) They had a ton of gangster wanna be's hanging outside the complex causing trouble. they do credit checks now and you have to have a co-signer over the age of 35...which is a riot...the co-signer. My parents are nice but not that nice...i mean when your 25 and have been out of your parents house since you were 18 and totally supporting yourself...the last thing they are going to do is co-sign for your apartment.

Also the people that live here are usually freshmen in collage that want to complain and not take responsibility for things. SOO...immaturity runs rampid here. don't be surprised to see someone taking the trash out and a big rip on them and they don't pick it up. or to find someone drinking and just leave a cup outside.

Your car will also become a great place to put advertisements. but this is true for the town in whole. you will get more junk mail than actual mail and it seems to be worse during the summer months.
