My roommate and I moved in when it was still University Courtyards, so the place may have gotten better. We moved in to a 4 bedroom/4 bath apartment. The day we moved in, we were surprised to find that not 2 other people were living here, but 4 (2 per room). Management wouldn't do anything about it either. There was shooting right outside of my front door.
