I moved in two years ago. It got so bad , I moved out and begin paying rent some where eles and living there for the last nine months and still paying rent there I just did not want to live there any more. I wish I had read the reviews before moving in. Before you move in they are caring and wanting to help, after you sign your name on that line , it is over. The caring person, takes off the mask and thier real face of I do not give a damn appears. They will pick anyone to match you up with as a roommate, I am a girl, and I had to live with other people boyfriends and thier dirt, pets, and them putting holes in the wall. When going to report it i was treated like trash, my money was good, but not my happiness and well being to finish school. School means alot to me, I worked very hard to be there , but to have someone treat you like they do truth be told it hurts, and they make it really hard on your life. I am writing to say do not only write what happen to you here but to the owner, not the people in the office, but the main manager, other people should not have to go throught this. There should be a stop. you have young adult first in thier families to go to college and they have to run into people who teart them like nothing something they have had to face thier whole life. Send your letters to where it counts.
