I would just like to say that College Grove wasn't that bad the first year i lived here. But here recently I have noticed that most of the staff are not very friendly. There are a few people in there who will talk to you and be friendly but most of them just hate their jobs and are working there for the free rent. I recently got a new roommate who smokes. This would be fine if I smoked too. The leasing assistant that signed her neglected to look at my file and see that I was a non smoker. They made her sign something saying she wouldn't smoke in the apartment but you can still smell it when she comes back in from outside. I don't think that the main property manager knows what is going on in his own office.
The internet is never working although they just "updated" it. When it is working it's rather slow. Make sure you go to the Library if you have a paper due soon chances are the internet won't work when you need it.
There are parties all the time and for some reason they are mostly high school kids eventhough this is a college apartment complex. When school starts you will not have a parking spot at night. Also don't expect to have any friends over because they will not have a visitor's spot to park.
Late at night there will be someone who comes by with their loud music that will rattle your windows while you are trying to sleep. Expect to here that everyday and night.
My apartment was also really dirty when I moved in. I'm not sure what all the black stuff was everywhere but it was gross.
It is a very spacious apartment but you are only really paying for your bedroom. The rent for my apartment is about 479 for next year.
Pets are not supposed to be allowed but I have had to avoid crap every now and then. It does have a great location to campus. The furniture is okay. I haven't had a problem with that and i haven't had a problem with appliances. The dryer does take a little longer than it should. If the office staff was nicer this place wouldn't be so bad.

If the staff in hades wasn't so bad Id want to live there too. It's so refreshing to see that after two years the same problems exist. The slow internet, horrible service, cheap appliances, no background check on your roomates to see if they are compatible, and your apartment is a dump when ya move in. You even have to pay more rent then I had to. I paid 429 when I lived there so your paying more to live there and your dealing with the same problems? That really bites dude, I'm sorry.
