My boyfriend and I have lived here since July 2005. So far we have no major complaints! It's our first apartment (I attend MTSU) and it's been a really great experience. I feel very safe here, in fact i go on regular walks around the neighborhood by myself, and it's nice and quiet here which I love. The staff here is so quick to fix any problem you may have and they're all so helpful. But the best part is what a great deal we're getting. I looked at a lot of other complexes before this one, and this is by far the best deal for a college student in Murfreesboro. When we moved in, we had brand new appliances, new carpet, and new paint. For $565 a month, we have an 805 sq. ft. townhouse. That may sound like a lot to some people, but like i said, I looked at a lot of places, many of which charge more for a smaller floorplan. Our utilities are very cheap; despite having an upstairs and downstairs the apartment is VERY energy efficient (I'm basing this on the fact that the temperature has been over 90 since we've been here and we run our air conditioner all day everyday and our bill has never been more than $50). I reccomend this place 100%.

Obviously, the office staff loves rating their self because no one that lives here would say that. The landscaping is non-existant, built on a major road, poorly built creating serious noise issues. The office staff continuously changes. Needless to say anyone can paint a pretty picture with lies.

Are you guys talking about the same complex? College Park is on a side street (Palmer)...
