I have lived in College Park Apartments (on Palmer Drive) for almost three consecutive years; I have zero complaints. I chose it originally because there was one apartment open and I needed it immediately. I didn't know what to expect, but I have been completely satisfied in every regard. I would highly recommend it to you if you're looking for an apartment in Murfreesboro ... but only if you promise to respect the current studious-student/quiet-family community at College Park Apartments ...

How long does it take you to get to campus from College Park?

I suppose it may depend on the unit, but of the two units that I lived in, each had a dishwasher, and one did have hookups for a washer and a dryer. (The unit that didn't have W/D hookups was a 1 BDRM and ~600 sqft, but there is a very convenient laundromat, Duds & Suds, just around the corner--about 60 seconds by car.)
