Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I have lived at College Park for over a year. In that time, I have enjoyed every minute of living in the apartments. As a single female, living alone can be quite scary, but upon my arrival to College Park I found the neighbors to be very nice. In fact, I have become very good friends and I know that I could depend on them and the complex if an emergency were ever to arise. It is a very quiet neighborhood, but it is ok to have friends over from time to time. Another point that I would like you to consider is the electric bills. I have never paid such a affordable electric bill. For a 1,000 sq. foot apartment, my electric bill has been about 40-50 dollars a month. That is coming from someone who likes a warm home in the winter and cool home in the summer. You are allowed pets at these apartments, which is becoming very rare in the rental market. The school is so close to MTSU that many students ride bikes to school, which is a definate plus if you have parked at MTSU lately. Anytime I have called maintenance once and they were very prompt and they fixed my problem right the first time. College Park is definately not somewhere that I would like to call home forever but it is a comfortable place to live in between dreams.
