The Best Place to live in Murfreesboro and very affordable!

I have lived in two separate apartments in college park apartments. When I first moved to M'boro five years ago I was looking for a very small studio apartment and that is my first apartment on the property. I lived in the studio on the back side of building B for 2 years. Then I decide to graduate up to an extra large 1 bedroom apartment on the first side building B and lived there up until June 15, 2008. I love the community. Sometimes the "new" neighbors were rowdy, but after they were settled in and realize this was a very quiet community things went back to normal. Maintaince is wonderful and very prompt. The new property manager Terry is very polite and professional and handles the property with care. I highly recommend collegepark apartments. I give them 5 STARS!
