Apt. good, management bad

The apartments are brand new, have great features (floors), but the management is CRAZY!!! The manager is a chain-smoker who lives in the house in front of the apartments and carries 7 loads of laundry to the clothes facility and does them for free. Also watch out for her grandkids taking the maintenance golf cart out for a spin in the evenings. The owner hardly ever stops by. Some people get different prices per month. Anywhere from $200 to $525. Good things: no credit check, walk to MTSU, fully furnished, utilities cable and wireless furnished.
